Training Day
Had about 20 of the new staffers in for training today. It was a good mix of vets from existing SmallBars and new faces.
We had a little beer school courtesy of Wes Philips, ran down the history of brewing domestically and abroad including samples of different styles to help folks familiarize and be ready to talk beer on day #1.
We also toured the Half Acre Brewery. So everyone got to see the process “from grain to glass” that goes in to any pint.
Staffers are ready. Space is ready. We’re ready. Come on liqour license!
